To rebuild yourself from heartbreak and choose yourself again
by Erika Hernández

Meet the author
I am the author of The Women Who Rises After the Fall, a book born from my own healing journey after a deep and painful breakup.
Here I share the lessons, rituals, and practical exercises that helped me—and can also help you—reconnect with your inner strength and be reborn in to wholeness.
A few years ago, I went through a heartbreak that left me exhausted and lost. For months, I searched for answers in books, therapy, and rituals, until I realized that true change could only come from my own courage.
I began writing down my reflections and turning each tear into a healing ritual: salt-water baths, white candles, daily affirmations… and above all, the most powerful act of all—coming back to myself.

What they write to me
I stayed up all night reading... I have to tell you, I read your book and it touched every fiber of my soul. I too went through relationships that, while not exactly the same, made me feel similar things. Your story manages to draw you in and make you relive what you felt at the time. They were very sad moments, full of loneliness. You make the reader feel again. Honestly, very few books can transport you like that. The language is simple, yet incredibly mature. Congratulations. — Sarah, true reader
I want to congratulate you and express my deepest admiration for your courage in addressing such sensitive, vulnerable, and real topics that many women go through at some point in our lives. Even though I didn't live exactly what you did, every page made me feel and identify with different stages of my own story. You touched on topics like insecurity, low self-esteem, the fear of loneliness, the need for validation, and that habit of pretending everything is okay… things we often keep silent and repeat over and over again, not only in love, but also in other areas of life. I truly applaud your bravery in sharing your journey with such honesty and depth. I was left wanting more (I finished it so quickly!)—and that's coming from someone who rarely reads books so intensely.”** — Luisani
Reading your book was like looking in the mirror… but with more compassion. I'd never felt so clearly that someone else could write the very thing I once kept to myself. You made me feel supported without even knowing who I was. Thank you for putting into words what so many of us don't know how to explain.”** — Anonymous Reader
